📌 Why Switch from Google Authenticator?

Google Authenticator is a popular tool for two-factor authentication (2FA), but it has a major drawback — it doesn’t support cloud backups. If you lose your phone, you risk losing access to all your accounts. To avoid this, you can transfer your codes to an authenticator app with cloud backup like Authenticator.

🔄 Part 1: Exporting Your Codes from Google Authenticator

Open the Google Authenticator app.
Tap the three horizontal lines (menu) at the top-left corner.
Select Transfer Accounts and then Export Accounts.
Choose the accounts you want to transfer. For all accounts, select them all.
A QR code will appear. Take a screenshot and save it to your files.
Decide whether to keep or delete the exported accounts on Google Authenticator. Deleting them is recommended if you're fully switching to a new app.
